In 1997 while living in NYC i was contacted by a German artist named Birgit Ramsauer. She wanted to collaborate with local artists on a series of installations. A photographer named Karen (i have a photo from her somewhere) documented Birgit's street installations with black and white photography, while i used QuickTime VR, which i was obsessed with at that time.

To be honest, i had (have) no idea what they work was about, but Birgit's enthusiasm was incredible. We would often plan to meet at 4am to get started on an installation. And she was expert at asking New Yorkers to accept and embrace her works on their canvas.

These QTVR nodes are all that is left.
